Project Information

The 99th GEN Project is an independent creative project operated by an individual creator.

No legal entity is currently established for the Project.

1. Legally Binding and Voluntary Consent

Any use of the Project — including clicking consent buttons, interacting with the chatbot, opening AR links, or participating in activities — constitutes your full, voluntary, and legally binding agreement to this Liability Waiver.

Your participation is entirely voluntary. All actions are taken on your own initiative and at your own risk.

By proceeding to use the bot and the AR features, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms in English, and that you agree to participate at your own risk. If you do not understand English, please do not use the Project.

2. No Supervision or Physical Presence

You understand and agree that the creator of the Project and its representatives:

• do not physically accompany you

• do not control your actions

• do not manage your routes

• are not present at locations

• do not provide on-site safety or supervision

The Project provides only digital prompts, coordinates, visual elements, and automated messages for informational and entertainment purposes, which may be delivered through third-party platforms, including social media services and messaging systems.

All decisions and actions are made by you independently.

3. Full Personal Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for:

• choosing routes and methods of transportation

• entering buildings, public and private places

• interacting with elements of the urban environment (surfaces, objects, signs, etc.)

• assessing your own safety

• complying with applicable laws and location rules

The Project is not an organizer of a physical event, tour, or offline activity.

4. Assumption of Urban and Public Environment Risks

You acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with being in urban and public environments, including but not limited to:

• traffic and vehicles

• large crowds

• weather conditions

• slippery or uneven surfaces

• unfamiliar individuals and unpredictable situations

• restricted or limited access to certain places

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the 99th GEN Project, its creator, partners, contractors, and affiliated persons shall not be liable for:

• bodily injury, harm, or death

• property damage or financial loss

• theft or loss of personal belongings

• any incidents in public or private locations

• consequences of violating laws or rules

• any direct, indirect, or incidental damages

regardless of the cause, including negligence or fault.

6. Release of Claims — Full Waiver of Legal Rights

You voluntarily and permanently release and waive any and all claims, demands, and legal actions — known or unknown, present or future — against the 99th GEN Project, its creator, and all related parties, including claims arising from negligence.

7. Paid Features, Third Parties, and Platform Dependence

You acknowledge that some elements of the Project may involve paid features, donations, or services provided through third-party platforms or partner locations.

The Project is not responsible for the terms, policies, availability, pricing, payment processing, or internal rules of any third parties.

The Project does not provide services or paid features to residents of countries where access is restricted by local law.

You further acknowledge that the Project operates through and relies on external platforms, including Instagram (a service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.), which may be used for content publication, communication, chatbot interactions, and delivery of AR access links.

The Project creator has no control over the operation, availability, security, moderation decisions, algorithms, account status, or technical performance of such third-party platforms.

Access to the Project may be interrupted, delayed, restricted, or terminated at any time due to actions, policies, technical issues, or decisions of third-party providers. The Project shall not be liable for any loss, failure, disruption, or inability to access the Project resulting from such circumstances.

8. No Warranties

The Project is provided “as is,” without any guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• availability of locations

• stability of the environment

• uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website, chatbot, AR features, or digital content

• availability or functionality of third-party platforms used to access the Project, including social media or messaging services

• successful delivery or receipt of messages or links

• successful completion of the experience

The Project does not guarantee continuous access and shall not be responsible for interruptions, delays, technical failures, platform restrictions, account suspensions, or any loss of access resulting from third-party systems or services.

9. Age and Legal Capacity

You confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old

• you have full legal capacity

• you are legally able to enter into binding agreements

10. Confirmation of Acceptance

By using the Project in any manner, you confirm that:

• you have read this Liability Waiver

• you fully understand it

• you voluntarily accept all terms

• you assume full personal responsibility for participation

The 99th GEN Project reserves the right to modify or update this Liability Waiver at any time. Continued participation in the Project constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
